This text aims to remedy the problems of keeping abreast with the developments in family law by providing undergraduate students with up-to- date materials. The book covers all recent legislation, including the Family Law Act 1996, as well as international conventions and extracts from leading cases. It also incorporates comments from academics and lawyers who are experts within the field as well as extracts from Government and other publications.
