Caribbean Creative: Entrepreneur - A Planner for Creatives working in the Caribbean

The Caribbean is known for its stalwarts of Literary fiction. I don't have to list their names or the titles of their novels here. There are, however, aspiring authors, resident within the Caribbean who want to write in genres exclusive to the lucrative Commercial fiction market. Where do they go in the Caribbean to get information to pursue that dream or guide them through the publishing process?
