Captain Cannabis(R) No. 3 YOYO starts with a re-cap; In No. 1 young Hal Lighter finds a glowing joint that turns him into sensi-super Captain Cannabis with a single toke. That's good shit In No. 2 he gets his "mission" while in a messed-up glowing-joint-induced out-of-body state. Surviving his near-death-experience, this issue finds Hal frantically searching for the intragalactic joint so he can do it all over again But he's not alone. No. 3 opens with Lt. Ralph Bukster ordered on a conflicting mission so we know it's only a matter of time before sparks start flying.

No. 3 begins bridging Verne's original Captain Cannabis series with the larger story line in his 420 comic where older Hal is physically challenged with failing memory.
