Bipolarizingly Unafraid

Bipolarizingly Unafraid is my way of taking you through my journey to become whole again. After leaving my abusive relationship and losing what I felt was everything, I was stuck in a black hole. To heal, I had to face a lot of issues I left neglected and relearn how to exist again. Through poetry, I speak on traumatic experiences, my relationships, self esteem issues, and social issues through my experience. I reveal my inner conflicts, and exercises I used to heal myself. Healing isn't pretty. The process is filled with dark corners, grey areas, blunt truths, fears and doubts. All while making sure your fine on the outside to survive daily tasks and interactions. My work is Uninhibited. There are many women like me. This is my way of showing my readers that anyone can be an unapologetically, broken, crazy, sexy, intellectual, powerful, resilient, human. Anyone can be Bipolarizingly Unafraid, like me.
