Everyone has a story. Stories act like bridges that connect us to one another. This is a book of stories of how God's amazing grace shaped the hearts and lives of the people connected to the First Presbyterian Church in Jackson, MO. We like to say we're "the church with the red doors and the warm hearts." In reality, we like to say we're a congregation that gathers to experience God's unconditional love, sharing it with others to make a difference in their lives. No doubt you'll find a connection to your own life in these stories. Some of these stories reveal how God works in mysterious ways, often quietly as if God refused to take credit. Other stories share the bold reality that God is still in the business of providing miracles.
