Analysis of transgender rights and guarantees in Bolivia

This monograph will show legal guidelines of the rights and guarantees of transgender people both nationally and internationally, rights and guarantees that must be protected in all instances of the criminal process that can be followed against them when they commit offenses so that the judge of precautionary instruction can ensure their rights, especially their right to equality before the law, This group of people many times is discriminated by their way of being, their way of dressing, of speaking, due to the fact that being of a gender acquired at birth when they are not comfortable with this gender, they feel impulses to the opposite gender, so they undergo medium surgeries to adapt their gender that they consider correct in order to feel more adapted to their social and psychological perception.
