To me, fear is a knot buried deep within that at times, swells up and twists your insides until you are unable to think, function, or LIVE This knot of fear sometimes takes your breath away and oftentimes invades your dreams. Fear can actually create a psychological response called "intrusive thinking". This occurs when negative thoughts or thoughts of negative outcomes become so pervasive that they stop a person from truly living. No plans are made for the future, relationships are neglected, and a general "why bother" attitude develops. Bad things can and often do happen to good people. However you cannot succumb to the roadblocks in your life, nor be halted in your tracks . . . unable to move forward Unable to bounce back Unable to survive In this volume, I admonish you to choose to be brave Choose to be strong Choose to be all that you want to be Choose to be all that you can be Knowing that the best way to defeat fear of any kind or in any form is to choose to be happy
