Detective Andrew Palmer is looking forward to going home and getting some rest, when a homeless drunk comes in with a wild tale of a kidnapped girl. He writes it off as a ploy to receive a hot meal and a place to stay.

Detective Palmer has no idea that single decision could cost him everything.

He embarks on a journey to rebuild his reputation, find justice for the one he failed and maybe find a way back to family and find love.
