Capone, the third reigns over much of the Northern States in Underland and things are turning good, which is very very bad Professor Hiram Littleton, Capone's chief scientist tells Capone that he's discovered a place where gravity, and more is leaking to, and hypothesizes that the Goodness my be exchanging from the same source.Capone funds a project to create a portal to this other world and sends a team to check it out. It turns out, what happens good in this other world creates badness in Underland and vice versa, so the team is tasked with creating goodness on this world called Earth to restore the normal badness in Underland.The team succeeds and returns riches and power as well as bad, back to Capone.
