This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th International Conference on Web Engineering, ICWE 2014, held in Toulouse, France, in July 2014. The 20 full research papers, 13 late breaking result papers, 15 poster papers, and 4 contributions to the PhD symposium presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 100 submissions. Moreover 3 tutorials and 3 workshops are presented.
