UnLoaded is part memoir, part self-help book about the author's struggle with addiction and his path to recovery. It's an insightful look at how an all-American kid from a happy home ended up entangled in drugs and alcohol, and how it's possible to overcome the past and become the best version of yourself.

Jamie started drinking to the point of blacking out in high school, then drugs were added to the mix over the years. Brushes with the law and arrests followed.
