True Story of the Komodo Dragon

The True Story of the Komodo Dragon is a work of fiction by the young author Sebastien Bourbeau, who sets out to teach important life lessons in an innovative experimental way. Squeak, the main character (the Komodo Dragon), will meet several players who will teach him how to survive in a predatory world. These characters will eventually lead him to the Almighty Raven, the Creator of all things. She, in turn, will introduce him to a human boy (Max), who possesses magic. Together, they will embark on a self-discovery journey using Raven's Vortex, the perfect time machine. Traveling back and forth in time is not an easy accomplishment but, if Squeak is serious about finding out his identity, his ancestry, and the meaning of his life, he will have to adapt to change in order to complete his journey. The readers will embark on a trip filled with magical powers, including shape shifting and time traveling. The story will teach students and teachers how life lessons can be taught using fantasy in the innovative writing style of Experimental Fiction.
