Travels With Myself is my journey of transition and discovery following the death of my life-long wife and partner to cancer, and then recovering from a broken heart when my next love decided it would be better for her if she were not part of my life. Follow me to The Philippines where, hair on fire, I was determined to live my life differently, find lasting love, and a new identity - author. I learned a lot about grief and love and mental health, and this book includes many references to what others have said about life's biggest challenge: life after loss.
