This workbook was created as an aid to help negotiate the process of career transition, primarily for those in the military, but the practice can be used for civilians as well. While everyone's life situation is unique, the common basics are covered here. The workbook contents have been developed with the sincere desire to help those who are looking for a change for a variety of reasons, i.e., downsizing, RIFs, base closures, base realignments, to include retirement.
