It was written "virgin" for my gender on my ID card. We are the women of a society in which our gender is determined by our virginity. I wonder if it writes "virgin" on a male ID. Brides are still adorned with red ribbons around their waists as a symbol of a chastity belt even in big cities like Istanbul or Ankara... A woman's worth is identified with her virginity. Does it mean the woman is unworthy if she is not a virgin and has a satisfying sexual life? I intend that through the book "Being A Woman," the feminine and masculine energies in all men and women are balanced and the relationships are healed. I intend that each woman meets with the little girl inside... I intend that each woman feels happy and content about being a woman...I intend that she likes to be in a woman's body... And I intend that she liberates herself of all the limiting emotions, fears and beliefs in her life. What is needed are nothing but courage to face ourselves, determination to transform and willingness to break free of any emotions that create a burden. I congratulate and honor your process of unfoldment in advance. I congratulate and honor of being a HUMAN, a WOMAN. I honor of being LOVE itself. And so, it is...
