As the son of a NASA rocket scientist, Timmy has learned everything he can about physics, engineering, math, and space travel. Putting this knowledge to good use, Timmy and his quirky-but-faithful dog, X-Ray, secretly construct an unbelievable flying saucer, using nothing more than spare parts from the NASA garbage dump. Of course, Timmy's dad and the other scientists at NASA seriously doubt that a mere five-year-old could possess such abilities, and they usually ignore Timmy's advice on fixing rockets. But when one of NASA's spaceships malfunctions in-flight, Timmy and X-Ray save the day by rescuing the astronauts and their spacecraft with the Exodus 20. No one ever again doubts Timmy's intelligence and skills as a space engineer.
