The Theoretical and Practical Manual of Disease and Illness Reporting is a book that describes all the fundamental points of health reporting in Brazil. This book began to be developed in 2023, and what inspired me to write about this topic were the many errors/failures in the reporting of diseases and adverse effects. In addition to countless reporting errors that I identified during the development of some scientific articles by the Da Silva Institute of Clinical and Pathological Research (IDS) on the subject of public health policies.
