They feel more confident using chatbots. Chatbots are engaging, and students can use them independently because they reduce students' fear, stress, and anxiety. The other qualities due to which chatbots could be learning choices for ESL learners are: chatbots are joyful learning and valuables platforms for correcting grammar mistakes and improve pronunciation and vocabulary.
