The Twentieth Train

Follows the daring 1943 attempt by resistance fighter Youra Livchitz and a pair of new recruits to rescue Jewish captives from a transport train destined for Auschwitz, an effort that resulted in the safe escape of more than 225 prisoners and the deaths of the three rescuers. Reprint.
