The right to education

The topic of 'Right to Education' is still little studied in Brazil. Therefore, we believe that this book can serve as a support to assist in the necessary deepening of discussions and reflections on this theme. Even in undergraduate courses focused on teacher training, studies on educational law are still scarce, which demonstrates the importance of broadening the debate on educational legislation in general, which needs to be studied more specifically so that we can contribute to the necessary struggle for the realisation of the right to education.
