The Mosaic of a Man: The Definitive Aspects of African American Manhood

What more can we do to figure this "this world"out? There are many words that can describe the way life should be versus what is reality. But, the clich that each individual's reality is different as it pertains to character and culture is unacceptable. All African American men have the same pieces of Mosaic that has to be put together in a certain way that evokes potential. I chose Mosaic of man for a title because of the idea of creating your own image out of the assemblages of history, rites of passage, spirituality and courage. The mosaic is an old form of art that has a spiritual connection. The pieces of our existence create our image and substance that are not liabilities, but assets.
