The March to the Armageddon

Since mankind's natural religious instinct is to worship pagan gods and offer blood sacrifice in temples dedicated to idols, one wonders why the Holy God commanded a large group of people to put their trust in Him solely and obey His moral law unreservedly. How can enforced monotheism and command to follow rigid external moral law remedy ignorance, ungodliness, apathy and vanity in the heart of sinful men? A biblical understanding of the history of the Jewish people helps to know the story of mankind in its entirety. It is wonder of all wonders that the fate of such a small nation has shaped the destiny of all nations
