The groenendael

Before choosing a Groenendael, the future master must know that this dog has character, he demands regular walks during which he can gallop without leash if possible, that's why he needs an advanced recall education. His personality requires a balanced master, affectionate, playful, and whose orders are clear. The Groenendael is very sensitive; he needs a calm environment, fixed reference points and a firm education. His biggest flaw is that he can't really be a friend to his peers if not well educated. Regarding his family qualities, he can stay alone after a progressive education, he doesn't destroy things, he likes to travel, he can adapt perfectly, he doesn't bark excessively but can warn very well. However, this dog can become clingy and always look for someone to take care of him, especially females.
