Ancient legends tell the story of how the lord of Castle Strigova was betrayed and murdered by villagers at a Christmas party over 300 years ago during the Thirty Years War. Since then, he is rumoured to haunt the castle. 
That did not discourage the heir of the castle, Sophia von Edelberg, from refurbishing and reopening the castle as a beautiful hotel at a ski resort in the Central European principality of Arenwald. 
But the 300 years which have passed were not enough to still the anger of the Ghost Knight. He still haunts the corridors of the castle, scaring guests and driving away business from the hotel. 
Can The Troubleshooters solve the riddle, put the ghastly menace to rest, and get the customers back to the castle hotel?
