The ghost downtown

A novice and inexperienced detective is tasked to apprehend a ghost on a murderous rampage, wreaking havoc across the city. He must find clues and pass through many obstacles in his way, and work together with his colleagues. How he apprehends the so called ghost forms the crux of the novel. (This book is very old. It was written by a 12 year old novelist; hence it is highly likely the serious minded reader wouldn't be satisfied. But do not fret The author has come a long way since this book )
