The Book of Ijma

This book studies Abu Bekr Muhammed b. Ibrahim b. el-Munzir and his book Kitab al-Ijma. It is both an investigation and translation as the book is published in Turkish and Arabic. It follows the system of Fıkıh books and contains topics in Islamic jurisprudence to which Sunni scholars agreed in consensus and includes remarks about disagreements. The topics touch upon every aspect of life, including ablutions, sacrifice, mourning, prayer, fasting, and inheritance.
