Domestic violence advocate Miranda Wells is a passionate, street smart and sharp tongued female who has stood between perpetrators of violence and the victims who love them more times than she can count. When a young victim comes to her for help, Miranda, who ends up finding out this case is any thing but typical, finds herself face to face with a man who is exponentially more dangerous than anyone she has ever gone up against in her past.
