Tell The Monster Who You Are

Sometimes in life we need to look into our souls and face the monster that lurks in our minds. Finding one's truth and letting go of the past are not easy tasks. This book of poetry is here to help us face the troubles that make themselves known, and to find the beauty and connection to ourselves and our surroundings when all hope seems lost.
