Technology Trends

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third International Conference on Technology Trends, CITT 2017, held in Babahoyo, Ecuador, in November 2017.

The 16 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 71 submissions. The papers are organized in topical sections on communications;
