Techno Leader : The Handbook

This book is intended to give a quick guide to building leadership within an organization based on published and proven tools. The leadership building strategies in this book are ideally targeted to organizations of less than 1,000 people. Larger companies and organizations usually already have these leadership tools and development methods in place. However, smaller companies don't always have the internal expertise, experience or even the time to spend learning about them.
