Professor Martin has taught mathematics for 30 years. In Part One, "Elementary and Intermediate Algebra," he offers many enrichment subjects or extensions of traditional topics. These include: "How to Win a Snowball Fight", "How Far can You See?" and "How Long is a Satellite in View?" The book has 35 sections and includes exercises with answers.
