Total Loss has been on the Adlard Coles list for 23 years, and in March this year wepublished a new edition in B format with a 'thriller' look. In twomonths it has sold 886 copies. There was a lot of unused material leftover from it, plus some new total loss stories of yachts sunk, whichhave happened since the book went to press. I'd like to get the authorworking on a follow-up volume asap (he's a journalist and takes ages todeliver - deadlines etc). We'd repeat the formula: thriller look,low-priced impulse buy.
