Once upon a time, sun spots started getting active... Teenage fairy godmother, Willow Vaugh grants wishes. Usually these things make her feel good for granting something someone really wants. Sun spots make this all go awry. Sun spots interfere with wish granting. Worse, it seems like Willow has to grant a wish every single day and not just once a week or so. And wishes keep going wrong. Five year olds don't wish for Harley Davidsons. Just when it seems like things can't get any worse, an exhausted Willow mishears a wish that could destroy her entire city.
