Special Lectures 2004

"Special Lectures 2004: Corporate and Commercial Law" is the first Law Society of Upper Canada Special Lectures programme devoted exclusively to either corporate or commercial law since 1985. The book explores new developments in corporate and securities law, including the Ontario Securities Commission's new governance rules, and the shifting corporate governance landscape. It also examines recent trends in commercial practice, including non-traditional business vehicles, business restructurings, and critical issues in purchase agreements.
