'SonDown Heaven on Earth' has been written with a Bible Study within each chapter, along with the sharing from testimonies of various people's lives of how something Jesus spoke into their situation helped them. For the words of Jesus are Spirit and Life to all who receive them (John 6:63), and they have the power to transform lives when they are considered with all our heart (2 Cor 3:18). In each of the Bible Studies, a question and answer space is given for the reader to make notes following each section of the quoted Bible verses. At the back of the book, answers are offered for the reader to reflect on. The King James Version has been used for the studies in this book, but the author recommends that the reader also considers their own favourite Bible version alongside their reading (if the reader finds that helpful for understanding the text further). Carmel writes: God inspired the writing of The Bible to proclaim the coming of a Saviour, God's Son, who came down from Heaven and brought with Him a taste of Heaven on Earth (2 Cor 1:22). Jesus has shown us what God is really like (John 1:18). He has also given us God's Holy Spirit to continue His work upon the earth in His Name (John 16:13-15 / Acts 2:1-4).
