This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 14th World Congress on Services, SERVICES 2018, held as part of the Services Conference Federation, SCF 2018, in Seattle, USA, in June 2018.The 10 full papers and 3 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 22 submissions.
