Combining gastronomy with contemporary art, Roth Bar & Grill is situated in the spectacular grounds of Hauser & Wirth s world-class gallery in bucolic Somerset, England. Named after Swiss artist Dieter Roth, who fi rst created an artinstallation bar for Hauser & Wirth Zurich back in 1997, the restaurant uses produce from the nearby Durslade Farm to create simple, seasonal food inspired by its creative environment. This one-of-a-kind recipe collection explores the intersection between art, food, culture, land and community as never before.
