Ridiculously Delicious: desserts

Hi, I am Mara Rossi, age 11, from the Grosse Ile Middle School Distinguished Scholar program. I have always enjoyed desserts and cooking, and would like to share some of my favorites with you. Join me on my adventure while I expand my skill set into filled pastries, as well as decorating with fondant and gum paste. My first cookbook consists of delicious desserts for any occasion. Go for the sugar rush or substitute for a higher nutritional content. Either way you will exclaim "this is yuummm... Ridiculously Delicious "
