R.E.S.U.L.T is a unique coaching model, which has been developed over a number of years and incorporates much research into what makes a truly successful outcome in business and personal decision-making. The model draws on areas of Neuro-Science and Psychology as well as from the business world and refers to specific motivational theories which offer an understanding of how and why we achieve or sometimes don’t achieve, outcomes in our own unique way.The R.E.S.U.L.T model recognises that outcomes and decisions cannot be made in isolation and that personal outcomes are always connected to wider issues and interconnected with financial, environmental, as well as various other systems and operating conditions.
