Restaurant Kitchens of Miami

Starting in 2008, I began calling the best restaurants all over Miami and asking if I could go in their kitchens on their busiest nights and take photos for a couple of hours. A lot of times in life, all you gotta do is ask; and more importantly, follow through. Thankfully, tons of chefs, and owners, and people in charge said, "Yes " and invited me in to take these photos. This artistic survey represents some of the best resturant kitchens of Miami from 2008-2011. Thank you to all the chefs, cooks, and workers in each and every kitchen; and much respect to all of you.
