This playful and interactive story is designed to guide and inspire children to develop awareness of their energy body as they journey through the chakras. They will learn about the body's main energy centres and the elements through creative mantras that will empower them to be who they came here to be.

This high vibrational story is designed as a call and response song. The first person sings one line of the mantra while instructing the yoga pose. The second person copies the yoga pose while repeating the mantra back.
It can also be read as a bedtime story.
