This book constitutes the proceedings of the 13th International Conference on Quantitative Evaluation Systems, QEST 2016, held in Quebec City, Canada, in August 2016.The 21 full papers and 3 tool demonstration papers  presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 46 submissions.
