Psychology of Anger

In this book, the authors present new research in the study of the psychology of anger. Topics discussed include how we look at others in anger and the development of the McLinton Interpersonal Domain-specific Anger Instrument (MIDAI); anger and moral outrage; driver anger and aggression; a test of the state-trait model of anger with middle-aged drivers; developing a valid version of the Multicultural Latin American Inventory of Anger Expression and Hostility (ML-STAXI) to measure anger in Mexican adolescents; predicting children's angry, aggressive behaviour from cognitive and emotional self-regulation; measuring affect intensity for anger and frustration; the relationship between state-trait anger and aggressive driving; and mental care for anger in physically ill patients.
