Prisoners of Culture & Patriarchy

This project is meant to expose the abuse of people in the

name of culture, the deliberate chauvinism and starkly; the

wrong teachings of culture that birth serious stereotypes

that locks a vast majority of the human spiece into mental

and physical prisons.

Your stories are classical examples of how patriarchy plays

out in life.

By publishing these untold stories I hope it will spark an

honest and conscious conversations about the stereotypes

and ultimately move a step closer to mental emancipation

of both the victims and the perpetrators. Those who

perpetrate and militate the stereotypes are worse prisoners

than their victims and they are far more difficult to

emancipate from the mental bondage than those they

abuse.

Hope this project will encourage people to confront and

interrogate their cultures and cleanse those of any aspects

that were planted by self-serving people to achieve their

own goals.
