Prayers For Today

This collection of 200 prayers is divided into various sections. The first is primarily concerned with personal life: ourselves, daily life, our families and our physical and emotional needs. The second section is occupied with the Christian pilgrimage, worship and discipleship. In the final section, "The World We Live In", a wider range of subjects is explored. Here the prayers are less personal and suitable for use in church or group worship. More than half of the prayers included were written by Frank Colquhoun, the others have been collected from many sources, and at times adapted for this book.
