Positive team communication. The key to project success

Master's Thesis from the year 2023 in the subject Business economics - Operations Research, grade: B, The Open University (Open University), course: Project Management, language: English, abstract: The main questions addressed by this work were: What are the effects of positive communication on project success? The main objectives of the study were to discover how the team work communication can influence the projects' success.This study suggests the need for collaborative working spirits, innovative communication channels and inclusivity of everyone's perspectives for project success in every organization. The research design was a cross-sectional survey that uses qualitative approaches for research studies. Survey is usually adapted to current or present methodology and used to explore population by selecting samples to study and learn more about occurrences. We used a questionnaire to collect our date and reached about a hundred and fifty respondents then we analyzed the data in SPSS version twenty-five using frequency tables and percentages for presentations. Communication is vital factor for any task specifically the invested projects, many projects with high funding capacity collapsed because of poor team work. This study revealed the importance of team work in any project success, so as to save time, energy and money wastage. If the matter would not be addressed by me, it could be main obstacle to many managers as well as many investors to discover the relation b/w the project success and positive team work among the employees.
