Phase Null

How does one plan and build a good school? The film shows how a school building is planned in the Hamburg district Osdorf-Lurup in a moderated process, known as “Phase zero”. A team comprising an architect and an educationalist set out the basic parameters for the school and spatial program, together with those involved locally. Their task: to provide an educational architecture concept that meets the requirements of those attending the school and of the district.
