Perspektiven diakonischer Profilbildung

Das Arbeitsbuch hat das Ziel, diakonische Träger dabei zu unterstützen, ein eigenständiges diakonisches Profil zu entwickeln. Leitend ist die Vorstellung, dass Profilbildung in einem Prozess geschieht. Mitarbeitende sind in der dialogischen Verständigung zum Profil ebenso zu beteiligen wie die Spezifika des Arbeitsfeldes und des Trägers zu berücksichtigen sind. Nur auf diese Weise wird Profilentwicklung ein Teil der allgemeinen Organisationsentwicklung.Das Arbeitsbuch erörtert die Grundlagen des Profilbildungsprozesses und erläutert, wie Profilaspekte wahrgenommen, kommuniziert und verdichtet werden können. Praxisbeispiele aus einem Forschungsprojekt der Evangelischen Hochschule Dresden mit Einrichtungen der Diakonie in Sachsen werden einbezogen.[Future Perspectives for the Development of a Diaconal Profile. The book is premised on the idea that the development of a diaconal profile is a process that takes place in a mutual dialogue. The advancement of dialogical understanding does not only require the participation of employees and clients, but also has to take into account the specifics of the working field and the organisation itself. Only in this way does profile development become part of the overall organisational development and change.The workbook presents the foundations of the diaconal profile development and explains how the different aspects of profiling can be observed, communicated and consolidated within diaconal institutions. The book summarises key findings and practical implications drawn from a research project of the University of Applied Sciences for Social Work, Education and Nursing in Dresden and the Diakonisches Werk.
