People Get Ready: The Piano Collection

This ground-breaking and unmissable piano collection celebrates the music of iconic black songwriters. Including acclaimed songs such as People Get Ready (Curtis Mayfield), A Change is Gonna Come (Sam Cooke), Blinded By Your Grace Part 1 (Stormzy), I Wish I Knew How It Would Feel To Be Free (Nina Simone), Redemption Song (Bob Marley), and more. Curtis Mayfield was increasingly infusing his songs with social commentary and it was written to give a message of hope, that change is on the way and there will be better times ahead.
