Peer Specialist Employment Rubric

The Peer Specialist Employment Rubric is a two-page resource for assessing the diverse range of talents, skills, and qualities of an individual peer specialist, independent of a job description. Supervisors of peer specialists may use this rubric in conjunction with a job description to assess a peer specialist for their qualifications during the evaluation process (i.e., hiring for an employment position, promotion, compensation negotiations, other forms of review).
